HERE WE GO AGAIN!

Her: DJ's hair is cracking me up!
Me: What!! Cracking you up? Why is that?
Her: I don't know it's just so cute. It's cracking me up.
Me: I don't understand, it's cracking you up because it's cute/funny or because my son has more hair than your daughter? Huh? Huh?
Her: Silence.
Me: Yeah, I thought so.

Well, as you can see people are TRYING to get on my nerves about my son's hair AGAIN!!!

What's so hard about MINDING YOUR OWN BUSINESS PEOPLE? SERIOUSLY.....

I need to email THIS COOL HIPMAMA to find out if she knows of a place that makes shirts that say: NO, I'M NOT CUTTING MY SON'S HAIR!

I've basically decided if THEY want to make unsolicited comments about my son's hair then they better be ready for my comments back at them. Growl- Growl-Hear me roar!!!

When my brother was younger tons of people gave my mom major grief about cutting his hair. His hair was LOOOOONG down to his shoulders/back. I was the one taking care of it. Washing, moisturizing, braiding and maintaining it and people in our church back home kept giving my mom major major grief about cutting his hair. Well....she broke down and cut it. Can I say I never forgave her for cutting his hair and he's 23 years old now. Do you see how serious I am about this???

Ok. I'm done. I really think this is the last post about my son and his hair. It's not even up for discussion. He's 17 months for goodness sake. Why should I cut it? Does he have a job interview coming up? Is it written somewhere that he should have a haircut? Now, before you say I need to cut my son's hair have you seriously taken the time to take care of your own chirrens? Is your house in order?? Oh whatever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M DONE TALKING ABOUT IT...!!!!

I *like* his hair! He'll have plenty of chances to cut it as he gets older...why not let it grow now?

I love his hair too and I have no intentions of cutting my son`s hair either unless it starts to look stupid!

Oh no--I love his hair!

My youngest had the prettiest blond curls. I gave in and cut it when he was 16 months old and several people mistook him for a girl during one trip to the store, even though he was dressed in camoflauge! But I was sorry afterwards.

As the parent of two baldies -- he's gorgeous! Don't cut a lock of that sweet beautiful babyfro. It makes me laugh too when it's all combed up b/c it's adorable.

She might not have meant anything by it, consciously.

LOL! I get the same thing! My aunt just said the other day, I can't wait til' he gets his first hair cut. I'm like, Why? She had no answer. I love his hair and it is becoming a pain to maintain and we will probably cut it once the weather changes here, but I dont think anyone has a right to tell me when to cut it or that I should cut it and it bugs me that people think I should or shouldn't. I totally feel you on the topic.

"Here We Go Again"
You know I (We) go through this everyday. "Oh "SHE'S" so cute"! or my all time favorite... "I know a great barber". Our Babies (or should I say BOYS) will keep their hair as long, (and I mean LONG) as we want them to!!
