Hey Phillip- HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY!

So, you're the big “UNO-THE BIG ONE YEAR” now huh? Yeah...this is a HUGE deal! Since I've been there done that, let me give you a heads up of what to expect.
First off, your mom and dad will wake you up with about 5 trillion kisses and hugs singing this crazy song that rhymes it goes high and lo and high and low (i won't spoil it for you) just know it's the coolest song and it's all about YOU.
Second, you'll be in a room filled with family and friends (warning, there will be some kids there that will try to blow your candles out) STOP them in their tracks and let them know it's all about you and they better go get their own candles to blow out!
Third, you'll get tons of presents!!!! Yeah, this is where the fun begins. Someone will surely give you a toy that will need batteries every week and your mom will secretly (hide the gift after a day of all that racket) so don't get worried, our moms need their sanity and a toy that makes tons of racket ain't happening!
There's this cool thing called: WRAPPING PAPER~ Woo Hooo!!!!!! It will drive everyone nuts because all you'll want to do is play with the paper and they'll be all up in your grill shoving their gift in your face expecting you to LIKE it. DUH...we're babies, we only like shiny wrapping paper and the boxes the gifts come in!!!!
Ok, there will be balloons and decorations, food, food and more food! Yeah they go all out for the BIG UNO BIRTHDAY. WHY? I don’t know, who cares, it’s a day to get spoiled enjoy it. Moms really go all out and Dads just follow the lead. They usually stand on the sidelines secretly wishing they were watching a football game or something but, they’ll NEVER admit it.
There will be clothes, toys, MONEY (gotta pad that scholarship fund-ya heard!) and there will be music (the DJ (not me) the guy spinning the ones and twos better not play that foo foo music (baby einstein’s or the wiggles) I’m telling you right now, -if he plays the wiggles I’m gonna be all over his ankles with my sharp incisors! OUCH IS RIGHT!, there will be dancing oh and I almost forgot about the best part: CAKE!!!!!!!! (you gotta wait til you're 18 to get the lady that jumps out though- Bummer I know!) then there will be more hugs and kisses. Trust me Philip, there will be people hugging and kissing you all day long. Just go with it. (moms stacks up on the bacteria wipes) It's all good!!!!!

As a recap, here's a cheat sheet that will help you remember what the day will consist of:
1. you'll get tons of hugs and kisses from everyone
2. you'll hear a rhyming song that will be sung all day to you
3. keep the kids away from your cake and (don't let them blow out your candles)
it's all about you
4. be happy about the cake (even though a lady won't be jumping out of it)
5. there will be this lady there taking a million pictures (don't panic, she'll be with me) just let it go man. I've tried to stop her! It's what she does! Just go with it.
