It's official, DJ has more grandparents than he can count and he loves every minute of it. How sweet is that.
Last year,
he received the cutest puppy dog (stuffed of course) He carries the dog everywhere. Hey, it's the closest thing to a pet he'll get. Well, at least for now, you never know, I may cave in one day. Who knows. But, for now, we'll stick with the stuffed animals.
Ok back to the story. They are the sweetest couple. On occasion, they've watched DJ for me while I ran some errands and for the DR. Phil Show excursion. Ahhh yeah. Well, he LOVES them. He gets total attention at their house and he loves chasing Scooter the cat!
We went over to pick up his birthday present today. See, Diane and DJ share the same birthday. Two sweet people I know were born on this day. How special is that.

yes sweet and caring neighbours are the best... they are the best support in times of difficulties, especially when you don't have family close by...
