Dear Barnes and Noble storytime volunteer:
Hi, remember me? The mom to the kid who decided to come up on stage and sit on your lap while you tried to read to a very attentive audience.
I loved how you said it was ok and that he was so cute. Even the people in the audience thought it was the cutest thing ever. I on the other hand couldn't believe he moved that quick away from me and got on stage with one leap.
Yeah, you looked rather uncomfortable with a kid on your lap while you tried to hold the book up to read and he kept trying to finish your sentences by pointing out all the shapes on the page.
Sorry I had to RUSH out before you could finish the story. The embarrassment was too much to bear.
We'll try again next week. This time I'll bring a baby leash. *sigh*

Well, I've never braved storytime at Barnes and Noble or even the library. I just don't know how these kids will behave
