Ha ha....I have toilet paper issues so I would strangle the person who did that. In fact you should go ahead and strangle everyone in the house....that way you are sure to get the person who did it.:-)
I keep at least 1/2 dozen rolls in the cabinet next to the toilet most of the time. Does anyone get out another roll when they use the last sheet? Silly question.
At least yours is sitting on top of the roller. The only time mine gets even that far is when they're faced with an empty roll while sitting. Then the new one ends up on back of the toilet or worse on the windowsill.
Hahahaha! OK, the SAME exact question goes through my mind seemingly every time I enter my bathroom! I don't think my husband has changed the roll once in 4 years!

At least yours is ALMOST where it goes! Mine gets put on the sink where you have to turn halfway around to get the damn thing. Ya got them halfway trained anyway...

I don't use my roll because it's so inconveniently placed between the toilet and sink. That's that 1970's design for you.

Amen...I have this same problem at my house. I finally gave up. I have to many other battles to fight.
Hahaha! Not only do my guys never put it on the roll, my hubby has the bad habit of coming in and moving the TP when he takes some to blow his nose.
...and it's ALWAYS 2 feet too far when I need it! ack!
