I removed all the extra stuff on my sidebar. I wonder if that's why my computer was locking up?

Wal-Mart Greeter
A very loud, very unattractive, mean-acting woman walked into Wal-Mart with her two kids, yelling obscenities at them all the way through the entrance.
The Wal-Mart Greeter said p leasantly "Good morning, and welcome to Wal-Mart. Nice children you have there. Are they twins?"
The ugly woman stopped yelling long enough to say, "No they ain't. The oldest one's 9 and the other one's 7. Why would you think they're twins? Are you blind, or just stupid?"
"I'm neither blind nor stupid, Ma'am," replied the greeter. "I just couldn't believe you got laid twice.
Have a good day and thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart."
I was having the same troubles. It was awful. I dealt with it for WEEKS and watched my statcounter numbers steadily decline because no one could see my page.
I moved the whole thing to wordpress. It was easy--I just chose "import from a blogger blog", sat back, and 20 minutes later the whole thing was there. www.alissasanderson.wordpress.com

Yes, the upload time is close to a minute. I emailed you privately about it. ;) Anyway, it could be your blogheader and your sidebar stuff. I'm not sure. It also needs to upload every time I comment and go back to your posts.
I'm glad I checked this out because I didn't know you could import from Blogger to Word press. Word Press has a serious following. For real! I'll keep this info in my back pocket.
I thought that it was just me! When your page is loading (about a minute) I can't click anythin at all. I can't even expand or minimize. Weird.
Yep, I had problems today too. Almost locked up my computer and I have wireless.
I had this problem as a result of a link that I added to my sidebar - Blogmamas I think, once I took it off, no problemos....

Your site is working sooo much better today! Yay! Maybe removing some of the sidebar stuff was the ticket. Now I'm hesitant to upload more stuff on my sidebar if it affects the site that much. Oh dear....
