Free photo processing?! I go to Ritz Pix in my area. I purchase the prepaid card for 300 prints, which works out to 19 cents per quality pic. I think.
I tried Costco once and returned the photos. Seriously!

Every once in a while, you can luck up and get a code for 100 free prints.
