Our kitchen table set is over 11 years old.
This set has been through numerous deployments.
It was our first set from when we lived in North Carolina.
Awwwwww. That's so special.
As you can imagine, the seat coverings were WORN out.
They were DONE!!!!!!!!
Me: We need a new table set.
The husband: No we don't!
Me: Yes we do! Look at the chair seats, they're gross and yucky!
The husband: Let's get some fabric and cover them.
Me: Ok! Where should we go?
The husband: Ummmmm...... The fabric store!
Me: *sigh*
He's so smart! Look at the great job!
He did it all by himself.
I'm so proud of him. He's so crafty!

Oooh, Tanyetta - well done to your hubby! And that tackle is going to last for a lot longer than a few weeks :)
Wow! Like new...
damn, now my cheap husband will opt to cover stuff rather than buy new! Thanks a lot D!!! LOL!! Good job!
You've got to love a crafty man! Those look terrific...seriously.
there is no limit to what a man can do...nuff said!!!!
What talent! :)
Oh, can my family borrow your husband for a couple of days? I'll let you borrow my dad, he's GREAT with kids!
He did a fantastic job on that chair!!!
Very nice. You can probably get many more years out of those chairs.
What else can he do around the house? And do you loan him out?
Oooh, that is nice. Maybe you can get my hubby to recover ours. After 6 kids and us they are not looking so great. :)
Not bad! he did a good job.
Wow! Looks great!
Get it, girl! You got you a handy man. The chair looks great! I hope my furniture continues to hold up. I know it can be a beast.
He did a GREAT job! They look brand new!
That looks great, you can get plastic and use a hair drier to shrink it if you want something a little more lasting with kids.
YOu won't believe that I JUST did the same thing to my dining room chairs! Only the convo wa sthe other way around. My hubby was sayng we needed new chairs!
He did a great job. I wish I had one of those handy kind of guys.
Great job! Yes, it would have cost you a small fortune to buy a new set. The old set looks great now.
