We're off to see Disney on Ice. Miss Danyelle of course feels that she's way too OLD to see the show. I completely agree but, this is a family event and we have FOUR tickets-so, THERE! Hah.
After mentioning that we could stop at her favorite STORE on the way home at the mall and top it off with her favorite restaurant, she agreed to go. Geez, I thought bribing your kids stopped at the age of 10 or something.
She clearly is over the statue of limitations on the bribery chart wouldn't you agree?
Needless to say, I'm sure she'll have a great time and just might get a few smiles from her once she sees the main characters of the show!

My weekend well I am going to the gym for the first time to work on losing these 30 extra pounds I have.

On the contrary. I believe that to be the real age the bribery begins. Small bribes no longer work as they do when they are younger instead it continues to get very pricey!
Hope you guys had fun. No plans this weekend here. We may try to head to WAP to see the lights but I doubt very much that we'd actually make it.

We are getting together with our God Daughter (age 6) and one of our nephews (age 7) this weekend and doing a little Christmas. Going to see the light show, lunch and giviing them their presents. Then we have a dinner with 2 other couples and their kids, and I am going to TRY and fit in some cleaning before New Years day! Like Erica said can't let the new year come in with a dirty house.
I bet she'll have a good time, even if she feels too old. Good for you for making her go!

That all sounds wonderful. no bribing don't stop at 10. i'm 22 and i still get bribed even by my 16 yr old sister lol. I even does it with my mom... sometimes you need a ride somewhere when you don't drive...
