Read, Romp, Dance and Rap with Mother Goose!

Our local library sponsors Children's Programs geared to ages 3-5 once a month.
The recent program-Read, Romp, Dance and Rap with Mother Goose was loads of fun!

The program facilitator was high energy and very entertaining while educational at the same time. She used a giant book of nursery rhymes while inviting and engaging the group of children to to chant, dance, sing and rhyme with Mother Goose.

You're not surprised to see who was front and center.

Her mom and I went to Yoga while we were pregnant.
It was such a treat to see how our kids have grown
since the last time we saw each other, we were pregnant.

Yes, that's rap music you hear and yes, she taught the
kids their ABCs to the tune of a famous rapper.

I will NOT say his name. I GUESS it was the rappers way of giving back to the community. I'm sure he's going to be labeled a sell out for the sake of crossing over all for the love of kids!

I was quite impressed with Mother Goose's level of hip hop ness.
She was quite entertaining and I loved the entire show!
My son had a blast and tried to have a fit when the show was over. He's so sweet.
He knows exactly how to show out in front of a crowd. Bless his heart.
