I take cupplemts of vitamin D, Calcium, potassium and vitamin C. Multi-vitamins don't agree with me and they also spike my appetite so much that I eat for pretty much no reason! Oh yeah and I also try to eat things with a boost of iron and sometimes will take a multi once or twice a week.

I take these same vitamins. I need to add some extra calcium, since my mom was diagnosed with Osteoporosis at age 50.
