I made a quick run to the market for my once a week fresh produce shopping trip today! Cashier starts ringing up the items--Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Grapes, Tomatoes, Lettuce, etc... and says, Oh! Is this WIC? My response: NO. She then says oh, because I saw all of the produce and people mostly buy it in bulk when it's WIC. My response:____________. Then when it's time to pay, she asks, debit, credit or EBT. *sigh* Here we go.

You should've got all loud and said "OH! WHY 'DIS GOTSTABE WIC? A BLACK WOMAN CAN'T AFFORD PRODUCE WITHOUT WIC?? *lol* Wait...that would have been expected. *sigh*
