Satisfaction Guaranteed! Bath and Body Works!

I recently found out BBW will accept and all of their items for returns, no questions asked.  I just casually mentioned to the cashier I didn't like the way one of their lotions smelled and she said, bring it back and exchange it for something you like!  Say What?  She then pointed to the HUGE sign in the background stating their GUARANTEE policy.  LOL!  How is it that I've gone into the store a million times and NEVER saw the sign or KNEW they were this generous.  I am bringing 4 bottles back tomorrow to exchange for the Sleep Aromatherapy brand.  I am in LOVE.
