We have this cool club for Toddlers. It's called the Toddler Fight Club. It's actually an underground group. This is the first time a photographer has ever been invited to these secret functions.
From the looks of it, it's loads of fun. So far there are only boys in the group. We're hoping to open it up to some rough and tumble girls in the near future. It's a place where they can really get wild and let out built up energy!
Here's a photo of the kids discussing the rules of Toddler Fight Club.
There was a lot of whispering. I had to strain to get the secrets of the club:
Rules (subject to change)
-No helicopter moms allowed.
-Moms are to stand on the sidelines with snack and juice boxes.
-No biting. It's frowned upon to bite anyone. This will land you in permanent timeout. Second offenders are asked to leave and return when they're over the urge to bite.
-Pushing is encouraged.
-Hitting below the belt isn't cool.
-Taking toys and NOT sharing is ok.
-If you had it first and I want it, then I get to take it and you can't cry.
-No pulling of the girl's hair. Their mommy's freak out when this happens. It's best to just avoid situations like this.
(The girl on the side of the trampoline wasn't sure if she wanted to join the Toddler Fight Club)
Every time the boys got close to her, she ran off. Smart girl.
Look at P--He cleared the slide in one jump! He has given his mother heart failure on more than one occasion. He's very adventurous.
He's the most skilled of the group in slide jumping!
Not to feel outdone, look who decided to follow suit:
The crew recharging after a hard day at play:
I took more photos than my son appreciated. This is where he decided to throw a ball at me. Isn't he sweet:
This is where we had to break the news to the boys that it was time to go. As you can see, G was NOT happy:
Check them out. We lost count on how many times we were asked if they're brothers. Remember this?
We had a great day!
Next month's Toddler Fight Club will be held at an undisclosed location. If you think your kid can hang with the TFC, drop us a line and what your kid's specialty is (flipping off slides, drop kicking friends, never sharing toys) and we'll take a look at your request. Thanks for your interest!

okay, you are going to think I am more insane than I already am...How do you keep DJ's knee area of his jeans looking like actual jeans and not faded from knee dragging across the floor?? Just one of those things I am thinking about ahead of time since I will have a boy soon.
DJ is so lucky to have a fun mom. Seems you always find something interesting and fun to do. They look like they are having much fun.
You are a fun blogger!
I love the action shots you took, truly impressive!
My little boy likes to wrestle people that are NOT intersted in wrestling. I would like to submit my application to the Toddler Fight Club, please.
I would join in a heartbeat except I don't have a toddler and my boys could teach tricks to your toddlers that I'm sure teh parents wouldn't appreciate.
oh well, catch ya in a few years!
I'm with Leigh....You are a fun mom. You always seem to find fun, interesting things for DJ to do. I think this is way cool!
Oh lord, I know the kids just LOVE being able to play with wild and reckless abandon. My baby #3 could hang. Even tho she's only 2 she's been known to knock her sisters and other children upside the head for no apparent reason.
lol come on Tanyetta. You already know the first rule of Toddler Fight Club...."You never tell anyone about Toddler Fight Club!" lol
aaahhhhh, they are so cute in their little fight club! LOL, wait until they get older...
That is too funny!!I have a daughter who needs to be there!!:)
Awww...how cute! Looks like they were having a ball! And the little girl was indeed smart to beware. LOL
@sheliza-he has more than one pair of the same jeans. he's not a knee dragger. yet. ;)
@leigh-thank you. i am making the most out of my new life as a sahm.
@lauren-thank you. it's always like that. kids that have NO interest in being wrestled to the ground are fair game too! haha...bring your boys over. they'll have a ball.
