In the beginning

I'm going through my blog archives, looking for inspiration for a NEW blog name and a different road to travel.

I came across my very first post and I can remember the day I wrote this. I was so excited and had NO idea what blogging was all about. To be honest, I'm still learning!

It's hard to believe I've been doing this since 2006. WOW.

I remember my first blogging friend Ebonymommy. She emailed me and said, "you need a blog." You have so much to say and there's a whole new world outside of yahoo that would benefit from you! I had no idea what a blog was!

She created this blog for me and here I am! After 15 gazillion questions (it's a surprise she didn't mark me as SPAM) haha.. No seriously, she is the SWEETEST person in the world and never got tired of me! You should go on over there and check her out. You'll LOVE the photos of her super cute kids too!

In celebration of my journey of sorts, I just wanted to say hello and if this is your first time to my blog, please tell me how you found my blog!

Why in the world would he decide to pull this plug? There's a room full of toys and he's more intersted in a plug? Needless to say we had to unplug the lamp and they played in the dimly lit room after that.
