We left DJ home with big sis (remind me to tell people this is why we waited so long to have another one) Free Babysitting Services. Hah!
We had such a great time. This is a very fascinating place. I would suggest taking the tour bus of the town. You'll learn about the history of the town and they take you up the mountain where you can look down onto the island and all that cool stuff!
Tip: Be prepared to spend MONEY. It's all worth it. The place is a tourist attraction, $3.00 for a bottle of water is pretty reasonable wouldn't you agree?
Wear comfortable shoes. If you get seasick, pack the essentials and take as prescribed. Other than that, have a great time!
Oh and if you're a military family, be sure and buy your tickets from the ITT office. You'll save on admission and tour prices!
Other than that, have a fabulous time and take tons of photos.

We have that on our agenda for someday in the near future. First we have to do wine country and then Catalina, looks beatiful.
